You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
The tactile road marking denoting the safe pedestrian zone demarkation separating a shared traffic zone with pedestrians has been replaced with tarmac infill. Reported by John Darvill at 21:39, Tue 24 September 2019 This repair using tarmac in place of standard ribbed paving puts at risk sight impaired pedestrians and if further repairs are carried out in this way then this will erode the consistency of tactile margins to the pedestrian zone. It negates the whole purpose for using this national standard for shared spaces. I believe that this potentially creates a risk for a person who is visually impaired stepping into the path of a vehicle in a very busy corner of Stall Street with Lower Borough Walls.
