HGVs coming down a restricted road Reported anonymously at 13:25, Thu 19 March 2020 HGVs, trucks, lorries and machine equipment keep getting stuck and hitting cars and driving off. This not only happens outside our houses as you can see - preventing some of us leaving our houses but also at other points throughout Northend. This also prevents emergency services being able to reach the village. Right now the village is blocked - nobody past 86 can leave the village and nobody can enter.
