A collection of black plastic bags have been left at the top of Gloucester Street since before the last rubbish collection day -the bags are now split and spilling their contents on the pavement and road, attracting the attention of seagulls etc. Reported anonymously at 09:22, Tue 30 June 2020 The bags were not in the correct rubbish collection bags and so were not collected but they have now split and their contents spill down the road, It includes a number of small disposable gas canisters which can be dangerous if not seen and can be slipped on. The rubbish tends to spread to the bottom of the hill (the junction with Rivers Street) and helps to block the drain.
