Rivers Street - bin bags everywhere covered in dog poo Reported anonymously at 18:42, Tue 4 May 2021 Some residents of Rivers Street are leaving their seagull proof bin bags out all week - these are sometimes full with rubbish which attracts seagulls and rats and creates a lot of mess on the pavements. Some bags are left on the street which is a hazard in itself, and they are also now getting covered in dog poo which is unsanitary. Can the Council please monitor and remind residents of the correct procedure?
