Tree overhang Reported by Lynette Hardy at 19:50, Sun 11 July 2021 Hello, I am Lynette Hardy and I live at 70 Spencer Drive immediately backing on to the Cycle Path. The trees (not just one) are hugely overhanging my garden. This makes the leaf problem with the guttering worse and worse when they drop and also puts my garden into shade. The ground already clay gets wetter and wetter and seems never to dry. Can I cut the trees back. I am willing to do so at my expense. At 69 they do not interfere with the garden and are back behind the fence. Please please give me permission to end these problems. Thank you so much.
