Sunken trench across road junction of Hillside Av and Clapton Road Reported anonymously at 22:37, Tue 4 January 2022 There is a sunken trench across the entire road left after Virgin Media installed - their job at reinstating is terrible and it has been like that for about a year now, during which time we have had to replace our car tyre twice. I reported the problem in Feb 2021 and was told it is not the councils responsibility. However the road is a council road and so, as a street works supervisor by trade, I know it is the councils responsibility to ensure that their roads are fit for purpose after any work is carried out, no matter who has worked on it.
