RTA occurred sometime on 15/1/22. Collision resulted in boulders marking off private right of way being shoved onto right of way and damaging paving slabs. If a pedestrian had been here at the time serious injury could have occurred. Please would you consider installing bollards or a kerb rather than the dropped kerb as this will protect pedestrians a little.
