Thick mud and oil in gutter over a wide area. Reported by Cllr Shelley Bromley at 12:23, Tuesday 18 January 2022 I'm not sure if there's a drain there as it's concealed by the thick, oily mud extending at least 30cm in places into the road. Cars are parked there most of the time (Memorial Cotts on Crown Rd) so it's difficult to clear. As the pavement is very narrow, pedestrians have to step into the mud to allow each other to pass. It's often in this state and I don't know when it was last cleaned up.
