Excessive rubbish on Harley Street Reported anonymously at 16:43, Thursday 20 January 2022 Hi, Hope you can help. We have excessive rubbish on Harley Street again as you can see from the photos. There is also a lot of broken glass at the bottom of the road plus a lot of other glass bottles which could be a danger as quite near a primary school. This issue was resolved just after Christmas but the litter has increased again. Hope you can help. Thanks Sarah
