Unkempt, unappealing park space Reported anonymously at 17:33, Wed 4 May 2022 Loxton Drive play park is really grubby and unappealing. The weeds & moss have taken over under the play equipment and around the edges of the space. The ground cover is wearing a bit thin, is really unappealing on wet days. It looks like some sort of carpet which seems odd for an outdoor space. All play equipment could do with a good scrub. As my closest play space, I’d like to take my 1yo child there more often, but I wish I hadn’t nearly every time we go. I’d love to invite some other kids & parents/caters to join us, we need to make friends after the isolation of covid restrictions, but I’m really reluctant to invite anyone there. A bit of TLC would make a world of difference. Even if you just plant some nice flowers under the equipment and around the edges to take over from the weeds! Thanks.
