Faded road markings near school - safety issue Reported anonymously at 08:57, Tuesday 10 May 2022 The double yellow lines and 20mph roundels at the junction of Manor Road and Claverton Road in Saltford are almost completely faded. This junction is less than 100 metres from Saltford School and Tiddlers preschool and sees very heavy footfall and traffic at drop off and pick up times. Children cross at Claverton Road, sometimes unaccompanied. The faded double yellow lines at this junction mean that cars regularly park here - yesterday afternoon three vehicles were parked on them significantly reducing visibility for parents and children trying to cross. Speeding at this location is also a concern. The 20mph roundels are almost completely faded despite proximity to the school and pre-school. Please can these be repainted as a priority due to safety. Thank you.
