New chicanes are dangerous at Chew Stoke end of Wallycourt Road Reported anonymously at 12:17, Tuesday 24 May 2022 I have to regularly use this road and since the new roadworks have been completed I have had several near misses on the speed chicane at the Chew Stoke end of Wallycourt road. The chicanes are frankly dangerous - you are forced to go on the wrong side of the road on a blind bend. It is an unbelievably bad design - drivers coming both ways can't see each other and I nearly had a crash with a motorcycle last week here. You can, in the space of just a few weeks, see skid marks by the chicanes. This is an accident waiting to happen
