Wells Road in front of 133 Wells Road, Bath

Reported anonymously at 08:36, Thu 25 August 2022

When the Wessexwater cut the Wells Road to provide a new water supply (I believe in 2008), the highway department of Bath & North East Somerset Council failed to fix the damaged highway (Wells Road) properly to professional standards. As a result, a part of the retaining wall of 133 Wells Road collapsed on 22 February 2022. When a double decker or heavy truck passes through the right side of the lane (towards Bath city), the entire building of 133 Wells Road shakes/trembles. This is a serious danger caused by cutting the main road (extensively) after the road was well carpeted in 2004. If the highway department fixed the road properly then and continued to do so, the damage to our property (as well as others!) could have minimized in the past. Can you please urgently fixed the cut/damaged area of road surface of Wells Road in front of 133 Wells Road properly and professionally as a matter of urgency to give give stability to the building of 133 Wells Road?
