On 10th February 2026 i reported this issue. After several attempts to contact you I finally got a response in July. Your dog warden visited the site and recommended signage and a waste bin for dog poo. Your action on this was two adhesive signs stuck on a collapsible bollard which spends all its time led flat, so signs not visible. No bin!! I dont want to escalate this issue, but if going to the press might make BANES do something, then thats what i will do. I have contacted my local BANES councillor, but she is not interested unless she gets her photo in a newspaper!! At the very least put some permanent signs in a secure place where the offending dog owners cant miss them. You regularly empty the poo bin by the playground in Colliers Way, and you send two men to do it. It would only add a few minutes to their day to empty a bin at the Community Garden. Regards
