Kerp and pavement in poor condition
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 10025010.
Pavement and kerb that is broken, displaced and poorly maintained, with open gaps, loose slabs, accumulated soil and vegetation, and uneven surfaces beside parked vehicles. This it creates a trip and access hazard, allows debris and possible plastic pellets to collect and enter drainage channels, and is deteriorating. The raised and displaced slabs create a foreseeable trip hazard, especially for pedestrians who may be looking ahead rather than down. The risk is greater for older people, wheelchair users, people with visual impairments, children, and anyone using a walking aid.
