7 Wellsway Keynsham big pothole in the road outside her house

To whom it may concern, my name is Lucinda Vince I'm reporting this for my mum , she lives at 7 Wellsway Keynsham and there is a big pothole in the road outside her house, my mum is 84 not too good on her feet uses sticks etc.. she's not quick on her feet, it is a 20 zone but people ignore this and race up the Wellsway, in resulting driving through this hole on a wet day it goes everywhere all over her when she going out to her car.. I have reported this on her behalf before, I think someone looked but nothing was done.. it's not just her it's not fair on anyone in general walking on tht side I've been soaked by people when I've picked my mum up .. there seems to be alot of road works going on but things like this that need addressing aren't being dealt with. The winter and bad weather is going to be upon us and it's going to get worse it really needs dealing with especially when it's been reported before
