This public footpath is always strewn with rubbish Curo and BNES constantly pass responsibility for it (along with graffiti etc) , so whose responsibility is it and can it please be cleaned within a degree of regularity? The whole area of Lower Lansdown needs just a fraction of the attention the part-time residents of the Circus and the like receive
