Spillage of cement (by Melksham ready-mix)

Reported via mobile in the Dangerous road surface (including ice, mud, spillage or debris) category anonymously at 16:25, Tuesday 1 September 2026

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 10033869.

A Melksham Readymix cement lorry was struggling at the steep junction this morning and spilled some quick setting cement across the road. This would represent a hazard for cyclists or motorcycles particularly taking the junction. I would have attempted to clear it up but was on my bike and had nothing suitable to use.
