Large deposit of white paint covering g the entire path behind the swimming pool.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 10035757.

Some whopper has decided to launch a large container of paint front the elevated steps down onto the path immediately behind the Leisure Centre swimming pool building. Still wet at 0630 today, 2nd Sept.

It is covering the whole path as it lead down towards where Keynsham Coffee are based
