Manhole cover in middle of Hillcrest Field.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 10037852.

The concrete base of the manhole is badly cracked and the manhole cover has been displaced. It looks as though someone has deliberately attempted to move the cover as it is possible to see the edge of the manhole. Although it is not particularly dangerous at the moment, any further attempts at damage could result in a dangerous open, and deep, hole. I believe that this is part of the sewage system that runs through Ivy Avenue.
