Loose cover in footway by gully

The cover is sitting loosely in its frame. It wobbles and bangs if walked on. Apparently it was not slid back into the frame correctly after it was last opened; the channel in the frame is likely full of grit.

The edges only stick up about 1 cm but any stumble in this narrow section of the road could be dangerous. Vehicles overrunning the footway may damage or displace the cover, potentially resulting in a serious incident.
