Cars impeding access on Rackvernal Road

Reported in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 19:59, Sat 14 April 2018

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 1281963.

At the end of Rackvernal Road where the houses end and the railing is, there have been cars parking and blocking the road for nearly a week. It is intermittent, but when they are there it blocks public access walking down the street - and there are often many people using this part of the street/road since it leads to St Chad's doctors surgery. You have to shimmy and squeeze in between these cars to get through, but what if you had a pushchair or were a wheelchair user? It impedes (or could potentially completely block) public access of a public road.
