White line indicating "pavement" has been covered up by resurfacing

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1287760.

When we last resurfaced Branch Road, Hinton Charterhouse, we covered over white line that signified the pavement, caller walked the road yesterday and it was terrifying, she uses a walker and the traffic just sped by. can we replace the white please, or better yet, the pavement
