Dangerous and misleading steps in the new paving area opposite the Theatre Royal.

Reported in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 13:24, Fri 27 April 2018

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 1296299.

The new steps have changing heights and directions and are virtually invisible when approaching from the top. My wife fell down the top step on 31/3/18 and broke her wrist. When being treated at the RUH the Doctor said "you are not the first to fall on those steps". We have been back to the area since, and in the space of ten minutes saw two people stumble on the steps when descending. The area looks beautiful, but is not fit for purpose.
