Parking bollards being used by some residents to stop other residents and car users from parking in other words reserving public spaces for all

Some residents in Perrymead have taken to reserving parking spaces for themselves and their families using official public bollards I can fully understand the frustration of residents and the lack of parking in this area but this is a unreasonable and I would image illegal to be able th save a space for your car
