Pavement parking - completely obstructing pavement for pedestrians

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 7 minutes later. Council ref: 1304833.

At the top of Cook's Hill where it meets the A37 Upper Bristol Road there are regularly cars parked completely on the pavement forcing pedestrians into the road. Problem is bad on weekends in particular. Issue has been going on for years but has gotten worse in the last 6 months.
