Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 1324588.

(OS NO.21 AND 7, ALSO OUTSIDE ENTRANCE OF HAYDEN GATE) Wessex water have been to investigate and have reported that the caps inside of the drains to stop the smell coming out have not been placed properly creating an awful smell. Please attend urgently.
