Need for parking bay on wellsway

Lower north end of wellsway a parked vehicle has dramatically reduced the speed of traffic up and down wellsway acting as a natural obstruction as like many roads in banes. At no cost to council a painted 2 or 3 bay parking would aliviate the issue of speeding at this junction. Local residents have continually asked for many years for action due to the narrowness of the road and the potential for serious injury to pedestrians.
