Gully’s on pavement blocked with dirt and litter, rain water unable to drain away to the drain on the pavement because of the blockage

The pavements have not been swept properly for some time, the dirt and weeds in the gully’s are causing a blockage, it all need a proper clean not just sweeping.

    I've raised the issue of the gulleys on the other side of the road inside of the chicane build outs. They also need addressing.
