Drainage in belushis cellar is blocked - contractor called out but not on their end its from street drainage

This needs to be sorted out you have been dealing with this for weeks now the basement is full of water running down electric cables you have done nothing to sort this mater out this is a very serious situation some one is going to get hurt 07866526608 Phil Irwin please let me know what you propose to about this matter

This is now 1 month from when you were going to send someone out to inspect this problem.it has got far worse now that we have had the rains ,this in not the way we expect to be treat as we are a paying tax payer sort this out why are you not responding this this complaint ,does this need to be taken to higher levels for you to sort this

This is the height of the water in the pipe and when it rains it pours out of the hole, and as you can see this drain goes to the underground drain so do we pick up the paving and leave it like that and see if the local pedestrian and shops going to think of us picking up all the paving on this corner ,this is going to happen if something is not done to sort the block drain We will not except any further excuses and promises about this drain this has been going on for four months now As you can see this water lands up in our basement ruining our building and potentially cause a fire from the water on the electrical plugs Let’s see how many more excuses are you people going to come up with unblock the main drain and our pipe 07866526608 Phil Irwin
