Sunken trench

Large lorries when passing send vibrations through the house, especially at night and early morning.

  • The problem has got worse as both up and down lanes are effected.

  • I have now seen a small 2 ton builder's lorry hit the sunken road and its load on it left the lorry's bed, springing 6 inches in the air. Is this not a hazard for vehicles behind, the lorry held a mixer and wheelbarrow!
