I am emailing to express my concerns at the delay in the council repairing the two dropped kerbs at the top of Frankland Close. This problem was originally raised 21st March. After no evidence of any work being carried out, I chased the request in June and was advised that I should allow another 6-8 weeks. This was 10 weeks ago, and the issue remains. I ask again, if you can repair the kerbs on Frankland Close, bringing in them inline with the same quality and style as Chandler Close and opposite St. Mary’s School (the RUH roadside). Given the fact I have advised that this issue poses a risk to the health and safety of local residents, as well as myself, can you please advise why no action has been taken during a five-month period? However stretched resources are, I feel this is too long to expect to wait, especially given the risks involved.
