Leaking drain effecting properties

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1397734.

Drain from number 1 leaking into number 2, this is causing damp and has been going on for around 15 years. Owners of property live in France so aren't contactable. Number 2 is also a listed building.
