Hi.

On Bathwick Hill, outside Tesco's, there is a stretch of iron railings adjacent to the steps descending to the canal towpath. These railings have recently been broken, and there is a danger of them being pulled over by a descending pedestrian, or pushed over onto the steps. Admittedly it would take some force, but in my view it is a serious accident waiting to happen.
