Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1433263.

The drain at the pedestrian crossing is blocked by falling leaves and becomes very slushy and overflowing during rainfall. There is also leaf debris on the pavement as well which has become very slippery.
