Traffic lights on pedestrian crossing out of position

Reported in the Railings, bollard, & post damage category anonymously at 17:20, Fri 19 October 2018

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1441898.

The traffic lights are facing the wrong way on this pedestrian crossing (left of picture). As a result, car drivers can not see them and may be unaware that the light is red. I have just seen a car unwittingly cross the red light at some speed, as a lorry was obscuring the other lights on the corssing. Please remedy this IMMEDIATELY as I think there is a reasonable chance that a pedestrian may be struck.
