Opposite number 2 -area where tree stump was removed from pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1443563.

This now leaves a trip hazard on the pavement as it hasn't been repaired i.e no paving stone installed. The area is raised & full of weeds
