Stream of oil on road from here all around Bath CONSISTANTLY

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1446610.

The buses leaving the depot leave a stream of diesel oil over the road, you can follow the trail from the depot all around the bus routes of bath. It's bad for the environment and dangerous for other road users. Is this monitored by the council and what action is taken about it? Thanks.
