Rusty metal parts, kitchen sink, bedsteads, bicycle frames etc
Reported in the Fly-tipping category anonymously at 14:44, Mon 12 November 2018
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 1459401.
I reported this to you on the 18 Oct 2018 and YOU send me an email on the 25 Oct 2018 to let me know you dealt with it. As the picture taken a few days ago shows this was a BIG LIE. The only item that has gone is an aluminum ladder, all the other items are still there an eyesore and potentially dangerous. Just to recap this is under the Cycle Path bridge over the Avon behind the Bird-In-Hand in Saltford.

Checked again on 4 Jan 2019 and it's all still there. There seems no point in reporting issues if nothing is ever done by the Council to clean up such piles of rusty bike bits, bed frames and other junk.

Still open, via questionnaire -
Here we are again on the 10th of February 2019 and if anything there are now more items added to the pile of rusty items. What's the point of reporting this if nothing happens.

I don't think Fix My Street sends updates to BANES - might be worth raising a new report to bring it to their attention.

No way... If anything things are getting worse. A double kitchen sink is now suspended from the Bridge and there is clear evidence of recent substance misuse. Someone is not listening or doesn't care. But please, PLEASE, do not mark this as cleared as it is not!
