Surface water not draining away - water flows through estate to lowest point -flooding on to my property - blocked drainage system ??? water flow up through manholes in middle of road. no drains ?? on main road why ?? resurface work on main road directing surface water into estate . this is on going problem -report many times -with no action taken banes road gulley cleaning team -last clean out even said it was a blockage & would report -as no longer jet drains ??? banes official/officer visited site some time back - with little or no action willing to talk / show council problems
