Regular problem with fallen leaves never collected, drains blocked.
Reported in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 11:31, Tue 13 November 2018
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1460254.
Regular problem with drains (probably) blocked by fallen leaves which are never swept up and wide "lakes" form in two places over pavements. In recent heavy rain both sides of main road had "lakes". Unswept leaves cause trip hazard for elderly pedestrians as curb edges hidden from view. I'm fed up with this continuing year on year!

This problem HAS NOT BEEN FIXED! Today, 28 Nov 2018 I send you these photos taken just a minute ago at the junction of Pulteney Rd and Lime Grove, after more heavy rain yesterday and today. This flooding is totally UNACCEPTABLE and the problem needs immediate urgent attention!!!

You can't cope, can you? If its a manpower problem to get a man with a broom to sweep and clear the gutters, why not ask a few homeless men who would probably do it for a bit of loose change/cash!
