Blocked drain outside 18 Kipling Avenue

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 1471154.

This drain blocks regularly with debris washed down from top of hill. It is the first drain after Chaucer Road. The same is true of the drain opposite.
