The road outside our house has lost its top surface where the bin lorry stops at the end of the cul-de-sac to reverse out. (No4 and 5 St Stephen's Close)

Reported in the Damage to road category anonymously at 16:35, Thursday 6 December 2018

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1479989.

The road at the end of the cul de sac has been damaged by the bin lorries pulling up and reversing out. The top surface of the tarmac has been removed. Outside 4 and 5 St Stephen's Close. This has got worse over the last year. Also the hedge at the exit of the cul de sac near to Richmond Rd has completely covered the pavement so pedestrians cannot get past. I believe this hedge is owned by the council.
