Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 days, 16 hours, 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1481143.

Location - Outside 88/90 Old Fosse Rd Issue - Car is parked here illegally, and blocking access to two private drives, not only this but they are causing a road safety issue by blocking a much needed passing place on Old Fosse rd. When - Multiple times, last seen 07/12/18 for several hours. (Pictured)
