Blocked drain, 2nd time reporting

Hello again, I reported this blocked drain a couple of days ago and had a notification saying the problem has been fixed. Well guess the look on my face when I checked and no it has not been. The water dose not flow down this drain as it should like a mini kitchen sink, instead it’s blocked l just just like that last bit of rice that just won’t go down. Also there’s still loads of rubish on the street but I shall fill another form for that.
