A37 near Police Lane junction pavement debris and growth forces pedestrians to walk on edge of pavement / road

Debris has covered a large proportion of the pavement on A37 which is dangerous and intimidating to walk along with huge lorries and other vehicles speeding up the hill. Please clear to make safer. Thank you
