Shredded Plastic Sheeting
Reported in the Fly-tipping category anonymously at 09:03, Tue 12 February 2019
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 1540731.
Plastic sheeting from Church Farm has now deteriorated so much that it is being blown into all of the surrounding area. While I have ticked that this is not dangerous I am concerned of the affects of this on the environment and wildlife.

This sheeting was erected by Bath Scaffolding, but is now owned by Richmark. It seems a cheap Chinese substitute has been used called 'Monoflex'. Rather than 'Monarflex'. The result is that it is disintegrating and spreading small pieces of plastic everywhere. If this company is using this product across Banes then think of the potential plastic pollution.
