Crossing button not working

Reported in the Street Light Fault category anonymously at 12:37, Thursday 28 February 2019

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1557721.

On the train track side of the road the button is stuck and unable to be pressed.

Meaning there is no safe way that it will cross unless someone on the other side of the road presses their button.

  • This is a major pedestrian crossing for those on the other side of the river walking into town, and a busy road. Please prioritise repairing this pedestrian crossing before an accident occurs. No one on the Wells Road side of the Lower Bristol Road can call for the traffic to stop currently.
