Blocked drain outside my house

Reported in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 10:30, Wed 6 March 2019

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1563319.

This drain is frequently blocked. This is the 3rd time I have had to report it. Thank you.
