You kerb cleaning vehicle came to attend to this issue earlier this week, but not to the necessary standard. The raised pavement for Grade II listed Caroline Buildings is not a straight run and as a result it cannot access all on the mud and the sweeping brushes do not pick up the large items of debris. The result is unsightly deep mud and leaf mould which also blocks the drains. This part of the kerb is low lying. When we had the recent cold snap the standing water froze and created black ice on what is a major trunk road through Bath. I think you need to find a better way to deal with this street cleaning issue. It requires some manual input, not just a man in a van that can't do the job properly. Please see photos a attached.
